Zach Georgopoulos

Zach Georgopoulos has broad experience in business enterprise structuring, financing and transactional matters. A substantial portion of his practice has involved representation of domestic and foreign business clients in their formation, operation, contractual relations, corporate securities financing (including private offerings of debt and equity securities), licensing, as well as in their relationships with founders, employees, suppliers and clientele. Having practiced business and corporate law for over 25 years, Zach has developed considerable insight into the operations of our clients’ businesses, thus being able to anticipate their transactional and legal needs.
Zach received his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1991 where he acted as the Executive Articles Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1986. Prior to establishment of the firm, Zach was in solo practice from 1992 through 1994, and a principal in the firm of Georgopoulos, Pahlavan & Prince, LLP from 1995 through 2001.
